Tom Smith named Vanarama National League South Player of the Year

City midfielder Tom Smith has added another award to collection after today being named the Vanarama National League South Player of the Year.

We as a football club are delighted that Tom has received yet another reward for his hard work, professional attitude and undoubted quality throughout the season.

Jerry commented: “He has made a huge impact on the league scoring 17 goals in all competitions from midfield. To be recognised by your league peers is the best reward any player can receive and I know Tom was surprised but also very grateful to be the winner of such an award, as is his manner. Tom is a pleasure to coach and manage and most importantly, continuously wants to keep learning and developing as a player. All the credit goes to him.”
