How to renew/buy your season ticket

Here’s how to renew your season ticket

  1. Download the Fanbase app (iOS or Android) or click here for the Bath City ticketing page on Fanbase.
  2. Select ‘Renew’
  3. Log-in or Register (if you haven’t already)
    Note: we would advise registering with the same email address you used for the lead booker when purchasing on our previous system, Kaizen.
    This will enable the platform to automatically match your season tickets to your account.
  4. If we have been able to match your email address from the previous ticketing platform, you will be presented with your tickets.
    If we haven’t been able to match the tickets you will be asked to enter two pieces of information to access your tickets.

    1. Your unique ticket reference from your season ticket purchase last season, you should have this in your confirmation email and receive this in our latest email.
    2. The last three characters of your postcode.
      If you are unable to access this still please contact the office on 01225 423087 (available 9am to 12.30pm weekdays).
  5. Select the tickets you would like to renew using the checkboxes.
  6. Review your order and confirm ticket holder details.
    When you are happy with everything click **‘Pay now’**
  7. Enter your payment information.
  8. Purchase complete!

Your tickets are now in your Fanbase wallet (found by clicking ‘Wallet’ at the bottom of the screen within your Fanbase account).

From here you can add them to your Apple or Google wallet for easy access on match day.

  4. ‘Select General Admission’
  5. Select the ticket type and quantity you would like to purchase.
  6. Review your order and confirm ticket holder details.
    When you are happy with everything click **‘Pay now’**
  7. Enter your payment information.
  8. Purchase complete!

Your tickets are now in your Fanbase wallet (found by clicking ‘Wallet’ at the bottom of the screen within your Fanbase account).

From here you can add them to your Apple or Google wallet for easy access on match day.


FAQs

How can I access my season tickets?
In your Fanbase account, click ‘Wallet’ on the main menu at the bottom of the page. Your season tickets appear in your wallet, that can be added to you Google or Apple wallet.

Will this be the same QR code as the 24/25 season?
No, this will be a new QR code for the 25/26 season, your existing printed card will work for the remainder of the 24/25 season but after that it will become invalid.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, when you get to the final payment screen you will see the option for ‘Klarna’ which will allow you to pay in 30 days time or 3 interest-free payments.

Can I get a physical card instead of a digital one?
While we are moving to a digital ticketing system, we understand that some fans may not have the ability to use digital tickets. To ensure everyone can access their season tickets easily, we will be able to print physical season ticket cards for those who need them. These will be available from the club shop before the start of the season; please add this to your order when you complete the printed form. However, please note that printed season ticket cards are not available to all, and if you request one in addition to your digital version, an additional charge will apply.
