Sweeten stars in FA Youth Cup victory

City’s U18 side progressed to the FA Youth Cup 2nd Qualifying Round last night thanks to a 2-0 win over Bishops Cleeve. Louis Sweeten – a regular in City’s first team squad this season – was the stand out performer, putting City in front on 32 minutes, before Casper Olczak secured the win five minutes from time.

The victory maintained the side’s unbeaten start to the 24/25 season, with a win and two draws from the opening three league games.
