Zac returned to Twerton Park in July 2024 having previously spent the second half of the Covid-disrupted 2019/20 season on loan with the Romans. He came up through the youth ranks at Bristol City, playing for the Robins Under-18 and Under-23 sides – captaining the latter – plus making the first team bench on three occasions. He joined Taunton Town on loan during the opening months of the 2019/20 season. He made 14 appearances for the Peacocks, scoring three goals, before an ankle injury side-lined him for a couple of months. Following his release by Bristol City in May 2021 he signed permanently for Taunton. He spent three seasons at Wordsworth Drive, helping the club lift the 2022/23 Southern League Premier Division and promotion to the National League South.
