Summer started playing football for Midsomer Norton and Welton Rovers Boys teams from 5 – 12 yrs old, before moving to Purnells girls from the age of 14-16 where she also played for Wiltshire. After six years at Paulton Rovers she joined Bath City at the start of the season.
