With the re-shaping of the squad for the new season underway, Jerry identified the goalkeeping position as key and has acted swiftly to secure the signing of Ryan Clarke, who has vast EFL experience with Bristol Rovers and Oxford United. In addition, Kieran Hodges has agreed to sign for another season and we welcome Jason Matthews back to the Club in the role of first team goalkeeping coach.

Following a late introduction to the squad in November 2017, Matt Richards made a successful return to playing after a long term injury and we are pleased to announce he has accepted a contract offer for 2018/19.

Unfortunately, after making an improved offer to Jack Compton, we were unable to agree terms and we wish him well for the future.

Following further discussions, we can announce that Ryan Case, Nat Jarvis and George Rigg have been released. We would like to thank them for their services to the Club and wish them well for the future.
