Jerry Gill extends contract

We are delighted to announce that Jerry’s contract has been extended to the end of July 2023. Since Jerry accepted the first team manager position in October 2017, we have reached the play offs in 2018/19 and 2019/20, built a model of developing players and assisting them to move forward successfully in their football careers and benefitted the club financially. With more experienced players having been recruited this summer, we look forward to a successful season ahead.

Jerry said “I am delighted to have extended my contract for a further two seasons. I would like to thank the board in their continuous support allowing me to consistently improve and develop the squad. I would like to thank Jim and all my support staff in their commitment and hard work over the past three and a half seasons. To all the players that have worked under me since my arrival, a huge thank you to them all in buying into the Bath City Way and I am genuinely excited to work with the new squad we have built throughout the summer. Lastly, a big thank you to all the fans for their support and backing and I look forward to doing everything I possibly can to bring our wonderful club success in the future”.
