It’s Matchday – Concord land at Twerton!
City will look to recover their form heading into the season’s closing stages when they take on Essex-based Concord Rangers at Twerton Park this afternoon. The Romans will look to finish strongly following a season of mixed fortunes, when they were ever-present in the play-off places up till November before a difficult winter, and produced promotion form in February and early March.
Concord Rangers are currently bottom of the league but arrested a six-match losing streak with a win last night. The Beach Boys still have a chance to stay up with seven league fixtures to play and games in hand on those above.
The sides last met in October when Cody Cooke scored twice at Thames Road to give the Romans victory.
