Four more signings for Bath City Women
Four more Bath City Women players have signed up for 2023/24 season. Ali Diegutis takes up a player/coach role for the newly formed Development side, whilst Esme Fensome, Liv Davis and Koren Jones all return for a second season with the 1st Team.
Manager Matt Abreu says about the latest four signings:
“Ali was first team Vice Captain last season and will take on a new role as player/coach for the Development Team, while captaining them. We’re thrilled and hope Ali’s vast experience will guide our younger players in reaching their potential”
“Esme showed real quality last season and won our Most Improved Player award in her first season in senior Women’s football. We’re excited to help her develop further.”
“Koren didn’t shy away from the challenge of transitioning from forward to full back, and stood up to the task in our toughest matches last season. We’re thrilled she’s signed as part of what looks a solid defence.”
“Liv is one of our most dedicated players, always looking to develop and improve her game. A Bath City college graduate, we were proud to have her as in our first season, and are excited to say she will be rejoining us again this year.”
