City v Billericay Town – Matchday Information
The Romans return to Twerton Park on Saturday for a Vanarama National League South clash against Essex side, Billericay Town. Kick off – 3pm!
City’s New Year’s Day victory over Chippenham propelled them into second place in time for Saturday’s visit of 16th placed Billericay Town.
‘Ricay became familiar foes for City in 2019, with three visits to Essex throwing up a win and a draw in the league, but defeat in the FA Cup. Recent weeks have been challenging for Billericay as they suffered three away defeats in December before managing a home draw with Chelmsford last Saturday. Their New Year’s Day fixture at home against Concord was postponed just 75 minutes before kick off, leaving both managers frustrated.
The Romans are entering the new year in fine form, undefeated at home since August, and on a nine-match unbeaten run right now. So please do come along this Saturday to get behind your team!
