City v Eastbourne – POSTPONED
The match has been postponed. Family Day will now take place on Saturday 14th April v Hungerford Town. The match v Eastbourne Borough will be rearranged with date to be confirmed.
City entertain Eastbourne Borough this Saturday when it’s the Club’s annual Family Day. With a big marketing campaign across the city and posters on the entire FirstBus Bath fleet, a good crowd’s expected as long as we can defy the ‘Beast from the East’ weather front – look out for updates on social media, web and email.
Back in November City won 3-2 at Eastbourne on their 3G pitch at Priory Lane, with goals from Nat Jarvis, Miles Welch-Hayes and an O.G. More recently, the Sussex side have come out of a poor run of form by winning two of their last four games – a 4-0 home win against Hungerford Town followed by a 0-0 draw at East Thurrock and a 4-0 win at Poole Town. But last Saturday they came unstuck letting slip an early lead to lose 2-1 at home to Weston-super-Mare.
The Sports sit in 16th position, ten points behind City who are currently 9th in the Vanarama National League South table – still only two points outside the crucial play-off places.

Families of four* can come along to the match for just £20 and all youngsters can enjoy the inflatable beat-the-goalie, Bath City Farm animal visit, face painting, a chance to meet the players and a free footie clapper and mini-ball for every child.
