Bath City Men’s 1st Team Manager Vacancy
Bath City Football Club has a proud footballing history, a passionate, loyal fanbase and although run predominantly by volunteers, strives for the highest standards of professionalism in everything that we do. Our home is Twerton Park, a traditional, ‘old school’ ground with a great atmosphere. Our attendances have doubled since we became community owned in 2017 (averaging 1400 last season), meaning that we are one of the best supported teams in the league. With a burgeoning women’s team, a Foundation, a strong youth set up and an Academy, we have ambitious plans to develop the club further, both on and off the pitch.
The club reached the playoffs last season but currently needs to improve performances to ensure that this season we stay in the National League South. We are looking for a Manager who in the short term can keep us in the league, but is also ambitious and able to plan for future improvement and promotion.
