Bath City FC seeks part-time Book-Keeper (Office based role)

Bath City FC is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the club’s day-to-day financial operations. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a community-driven football club, we’d love to hear from you!

The role would suit an experienced bookkeeper with experience of using Sage Accounting, ideally including Sage Payroll.

 

Location: Bath, on-site at Twerton Park Stadium
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Salary: £15 – £20 per hour based on experience
Estimated Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage financial records, invoices, and payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts and process transactions
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll
  • Support budgeting and financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or finance
  • Proficiency in SAGE accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Passion for football and community-focused organizations
