Academy graduate James Ollis signs first team contract

We are pleased to announce that James Ollis has signed on contract for the season. James has spent two years in the U18’s academy programme, run in partnership with Bath College, and graduated this summer after two successful years.

James was in the first team squad on several occasions last season, including the FA Trophy replay win at Margate, trained and played during pre-season and has been allocated squad number 17. In order to continue his development and obtain game time James will join Keynsham Town on loan, initially for 28 days.

On the signing, Jerry Gill said “I am pleased that James has signed a contract with the Club. It is nice to get a local lad who has been in the Academy through to senior level. James will continue to develop further on loan and with the first team squad in training to enhance his all- round game”.
