Squad Builder tops £15k + First winners

Thanks to everyone who has joined the Bath City Squad Builder. Over 70 fans, groups and businesses now support our fund to help top up the playing budget and get the best possible team out on the pitch.

Lots more of you got on board ahead of the deadline to be part of the first monthly draw and the fund now stands at £15,050 – thank you!

July’s draw has now been run and the winners notified – here they are:

Prize 1 – Simon Horsford

Simon has opted for two tickets and a pre-match briefing with Jerry. We’ll offer the training ground visit again in the future.

Simon told us, “I joined because I believe in supporting my local team and to try and help, in any way possible, raise the profile of the club in a city which too often overlooks it’s football team in favour of the rugby.”

Prize 2 – Signed Bath City FC shirt – Simon Elias

Our other lucky Simon offered, “I believe the Squad Builder is a positive and valuable way to support the team in what I think is a very competitive league this year”

Prize 3 – Hospitality for two – Chris Church

Chris said, “During the launch of the Community Ownership model at Bath City I recognised that the club would continue to need financial assistance from time to time from supporters who are willing and able to provide that. This being the case I am happy to contribute to the City Squad Builder, noting that the funds will directly enhance the playing budget. I wish Jerry and the players all the very best for the season ahead”.

Prize 4 – Match ticket for four – Rich Miles

Finally Rich added, “The National League South looks to be very strong this season. I wanted to contribute to help the club be more competitive, so I joined the City Squad Builder.”
