International Women’s Day
In recognition of today’s International Women’s Day, Bath City FC designated our last match against Ebbsfleet as “Women at the Game” Day. A special reception for influential women from the club and community was held in the John Reynolds (Western) Ltd Lounge kindly sponsored by our good friends from Edible Art Patisserie. In marking the day, we are keen to encourage and celebrate female participation in both playing and watching football as well as marking this as an important day to celebrate women’s achievements and raise awareness about equality. At Bath City FC, we are fortunate to have a plethora of amazing women who work, volunteer and make a difference within our community, as well as support the team, and today we wanted to say thank you for all their hard work for us. We were also pleased to welcome local MP Wera Hobhouse, and local Cllrs Sarah Moore and Dine Romero as well as some of our key volunteers and local charity leaders.
