Charity Run postponed until January 30

We regret to announce that Monday’s planned charity run from Twerton Park to Ashton Gate and back will be postponed until Sunday 30 January.

The decision is enforced as Jerry Gill has been sidelined with flu, which saw him nearly miss the weekend match with Hungerford Town and means he hasn’t been able to train for this challenge.

Both Mark Stillman and Gill are gutted but would like to place on record their huge thanks for those who have donated so far, with over half of the £3,000 target raised in just over two weeks. The fundraising page will remain open for all of January.

We apologise for this delay but hope you understand the reasons and will still support us on the new date. A rough schedule of the day will be forwarded nearer the time to indicate the route and timings.

We’d also like to thank John Moore Sports once again for providing running gear and to the Bath Chronicle, the Non-League Paper, Radio Bristol and Points West for their publicity to spread the word of this event, plus all those who have shared information via social media.
