Yeovil Town friendly switch as part of test event programme
The National League has received approval for its clubs to hold test events as part of a wider programme to pilot the safe return of spectators to sporting fixtures. Therefore City’s match against Yeovil Town will now take place at Huish Park on Tuesday 22 September (ko 7.45pm).
The game will be limited to up to 1,000 fans and be staged in accordance with government and Sports Ground Safety Authority guidance on social distancing, and subject to local safety advisory group approval. Please note that no away supporters will be admitted to this fixture.
We are pleased to be able to assist in the return of fans pilot and readily agreed to reverse our friendly against Yeovil Town, which was to be played at Twerton Park tomorrow.
