Player News – Freddie Grant

We are pleased to announce the first of our summer signings ahead of the new campaign.

Left back Freddie Grant signed last night. Freddie joins us with a wealth of experience of the NLS having played for both Oxford City and Wealdstone, but also having played NLP last season with Maidenhead United.

Having attempted to sign Freddie last season, Jerry said “I have admired the type of player he is for a couple of seasons. He not only brings good technical ability but a drive and desire to win along with an aggressive nature in his defending. Still only 23 years old he fits the profile perfectly of what a Bath City player looks like in all areas of his game and personality.”

On completing the paperwork, Freddie commented “I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere at Twerton Park and I’m really happy to call this home now. I’ve got a lot of respect for Jerry so I look forward to working under him and pushing for promotion.”
