Club comment on cancellation of regular season fixtures

Following the announcement earlier this week by The National League that all remaining regular season Vanarama National League South fixtures have now been cancelled, Football Chairman, Paul Williams, stated, “We’re obviously sad to see the regular season cancelled, but could see no other way forward in these extreme circumstances. We’ll be in close contact with the League about what happens next and obviously try to get the best possible outcome for Bath City Football Club on the back of what had been a fantastic season with much still to be achieved.”

The Club is also conscious this means our loyal season ticket holders have paid for matches they are no longer able to attend. We do hope that you understand how difficult it would be to refund you in the current extreme circumstances and that you will consider the money relating to the remaining matches as a donation to your Club. If you are not happy to leave the money with Bath City, then please write to us by post and we will consider all cases on an individual basis.
