Following a very satisfying 3-1 win over Concord last weekend, The Romans head to Hampshire this Saturday for a mouthwatering fifth v fourth encounter. With just goal difference separating City and Havant, and only three points between us and second place, it’s all to play for.
The Hawks succumbed to City the last time we visited them back in August 2017 but took three points in the return fixture at Twerton Park. They went on to achieve promotion to The National League that year, but then dropped back down again the following season.
City have won four in a row and are unbeaten in five in the league, so enter the match in confident mood.
